Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions

  • The owner must ensure that the caravan is accessible from all sides at least 1-1.5 metres minimal
  • Vehicles cannot be cleaned on the public road
  • Please Try and have the vehicle ready in its cleaning position prior to the appointment time.
  • Pegasus caravan valeting does not accept any liability for damage to the vehicle if it is not securely parked.
  • If cleaning is to be carried out on storage or campsites it is the responsibility of the owner to obtain permission of the land owner prior to appointment, also service bays need to be booked by the client approx 3.5 hours for an external wash and 7 hours for a full day.
  • Payment must be made in full on the day of cleaning by Cash, BACS, or cheque                  
  • Awnings and pop-ups aren't cleaned
  • Changes to these terms and conditions are subject to changes by Pegasus caravan valeting at any time.
